FAQ:

Q1: How do I care for my Thermowood?

A1:Caring for your wood is easy! You can embrace nature by letting it gracefully fade to a silvery gray. If you love the original deep tones, simply treat it with a tinted penetrating oil for every 5 years.

Q2: Why is Thermowood better for painted exteriors?

A2:Because it's modified from the inside out! Instead of relying on surface chemicals, our heat treatment creates a stable, durable core that holds paint beautifully and requires minimal upkeep over time.

Q3: How long does it take to process my order?

A3:We work efficiently to get your order to you. Small orders usually ship in 7-15 days after payment, while larger custom orders take about 30 days to prepare.

Q4: Can I request a free sample?

A4:Of course! We'd love for you to feel our quality. Samples are free, and you can choose to prepay or collect the freight.

Q5: Is the process safe and chemical-free?

A5:100% yes. We use only the ancient, natural power of heat and natural oils to transform the wood, keeping it completely safe for your home and the environment.

Q6: How tough is Thermowood compared to regular wood?

A6:It's a champion against rot, bugs, and warping! While the heat treatment makes it a bit more brittle, its dimensional stability is unmatched, keeping your walls and decks straight and true.

Q7: What is the lifespan of Thermowood?

A7:With a little care and maintenance, your outdoor thermowood will last 10-15 years. If used as interior material, it will last even longer!

Q8: Can you create custom sizes and finishes?

A8:Absolutely! Your vision is our blueprint. We can customize the size, color, finish, and joinery to bring your unique design to life.
